Quantum entanglement of non-Hermitian quasicrystals

As a hallmark of pure quantum effect, entanglement has provided unconventional routes to condensed matter systems. Here, from the perspective entanglement, we disclose exotic physics in non-Hermitian quasicrystals. We present class experimentally realizable models for quasicrystal chains, which asymmetric hopping and complex potential coexist. diagnose global phase diagram by means both real-space momentum-space partition. By measuring entropy, numerically determine metal-insulator transition point. combine spectra complementarily characterize delocalization localization phase. Inspired spectrum, further analytically prove that duality exists between two regions. The point is self-dual exact, validating numerical result diagonalizing matrices. Finally, identify mobility edge entanglement.
